Stuck up for the purely selfish reason that I'm tired of seeing all stamps up on my own page but I'm too lazy to finish anything. When I put something else up, I'll delete this.
I took this yesterday on the Art trip....it's...uh...I don't know, I guess it's Corpus Christi bay, right by the docks. I mean, I don't know the exact name, I've always just called it that place by the park. Whatever.
Actually, I've always thought Corpus Christi was a weird thing to name a city....Since I was born in this town, I enjoy the satisfaction of being able to seriously tell people that I was born in the Body of Christ.
It's not a great picture, but I have a cheap-ish camera and it's the The Sparkling City by the Sea so you better respect, bitches.
On an interesting note, they're the home of Whataburger. Suck on that. (or just consider the fact that Eva Longoria and Farah Fawcett were born there.)

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and =Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
